Speaker: Elizabeth "Liza" Doepken

Liza represents clients at the trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts. Her practice includes the following areas of law:

·         Personal Injury

·         Products Liability

·         Class Action

Liza brings an extensive scientific background to her current practice, which comprises suits involving pharmaceuticals, drug devices and products liability.

Prior to joining Cohen and Malad, Liza was an associate in the patent litigation department of the law firm Budd, Larner, Rosenbaum, Greenburg, & Sade, in Short Hills, NJ. Liza's current practice comprises suits involving pharmaceuticals and drug devices.
