Active membership
Open to any Registered Nurse with an active license, currently working as a legal nurse consultant.
(Active members can vote, serve on committees, or hold office at both the national and chapter levels).
New members applications January 1-June 30th $35.00
New member applications July 1-December 31 $20.00
Annual Renewal January 1- February 28 $25.00
Annual Renewal after March 1 $35.00
Associate membership
Open to any registered nurse with an active license who has not yet performed work as a legal nurse consultant. (Associate members are not eligible to vote, serve on committees, or hold office at the national or the chapter level).

Sustaining membership
Open to all individuals or groups (such as LPNs, attorneys, law firm, or universities) who have an interest in supporting the goals and receiving the services of AALNC. (Sustaining members are not eligible to vote, serve on committees, or hold office at the national or chapter level).
Membership to both National and the local chapter are effective January through December.
